Once upon a time I began a new life on a sheep farm during retirement. With training our sheep dogs and keeping the sheep and lambs healthy, as well as maintaining organic hay fields and gardens, my husband and I are pretty busy. But I feel some nudges from Spirit as I open to the unknown wilderness of Lent before me to seek a path that God has in store for me.
Connie, I give thanks and praise to God for the Holy Spirit's nudgings in your life. I chuckle when I think of that. Animal lovers know how felines and canines will often claim our attention by giving us "head butts". May God continue to nudge you and push you when necessary. Your ministry is God-given and grace-filled. May your journey this Lent be a blessing!
